1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Pinora. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pinora. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the app.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Pinora (videos, comments, profile information). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content in connection with operating and promoting the app.

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Contains spam, advertising, or promotional material without authorization
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains viruses or malicious code

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate our content guidelines.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the app
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate the platform
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or business

6. In-App Purchases

6.1 Coin Packages

Pinora offers virtual coins for purchase through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Coins can be used to access premium features such as video boosts.

6.2 Payment Terms

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Unused coins will be forfeited if your account is terminated.

6.3 Boost Feature

The Boost feature allows you to increase your video's visibility by spending coins. Boost results are estimates and not guaranteed. We do not guarantee specific view counts or engagement levels.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

The Pinora app, including its design, features, graphics, and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app.

7.2 Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at support@pinora.com with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing content in the app
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized

8. Privacy

Your use of Pinora is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the app will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the app will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content uploaded to the app

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the app will immediately cease
• Your content may be deleted from our servers
• Any unused coins will be forfeited

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pinora regarding your use of the app.
